Questions we get asked
What are the minimum orders?
They vary by product. Paddles start at 10, or a single paddle as a sample. Sunglasses start at 20 per style and colourway. Paddle covers and bags start at 50. Overgrips start at 500 and printed balls at 1,000. Court equipment such as nets can be ordered one at a time.
What do custom paddles cost?
At 10 paddles it is about $40 each for wood, $55 for fiberglass and $72 for carbon. At 500 that falls to about $20, $26 and $36. A single sample is $95 in fiberglass and $125 in carbon.
How long does production take?
About 4 to 6 weeks after you approve the proof, plus shipping. If you have a fixed event date, tell us at the first conversation and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Do you charge for mockups or design work?
Mockups are free and there is no design fee. A few products carry a one time logo setup fee, sunglasses for example, and that is shown on the product page.
What artwork do you need?
Vector artwork is ideal. We can work from a high resolution PNG or JPG, and if all you have is a rough sketch our design team will redraw it.
Can I combine products in one order?
Yes, and most orders do. Each product is priced on its own quantity, so adding covers or balls to a paddle order does not change your paddle bracket.
