Private label
Start your own brand. Skip the factory.
Launch a pickleball paddle, grip or ball line under your own name without owning production or holding stock. We produce it, you brand it, and our name comes off the product if you want it off.
Where brands start
Pick one product. Prove it. Then widen.
Almost nobody should launch four products at once. Start with the one with the lowest minimum, sell it, then use what you learn to choose the second.
Paddles.
The usual starting point, because the minimum is the lowest on the list. Wood, fiberglass or carbon fiber, printed across the face, edge guard and handle.
Overgrips.
A genuine consumable, which makes it one of the few pickleball products with real repeat purchase built in. Your logo on the finishing tape, or full print.
Balls.
Higher minimum, lowest unit cost, and the easiest product to get into a club's hands every single session once you have distribution.
Covers, bags and accessories.
What turns a single product into a line. Most brands add these once the first paddle run sells through and they know what their buyer actually wants.

The part nobody talks about
You're buying from a company, not a listing.
The usual way to start a gear brand is to find a factory online, send a deposit, and hope. If the sample is wrong, the colour drifts or the shipment stalls in customs, you are chasing it across a time zone with no leverage and no one to call.
Canvas sits between you and production. We are a US business you can look up, phone, and hold to an agreement, and we manage a vetted manufacturing network across nine countries rather than one anonymous supplier. The gear is made where it is made best. The accountability stays here.
- A US company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
- Our whole team is stateside, on US hours
- A phone number a person actually answers, on (954) 683-1290
- You approve a proof before anything is produced

Your name on it
Want our name off it? Just ask.
Our paddles carry a small Canvas mark on the grip ring and end cap as standard. Tell us you want it gone and it goes, free and at any quantity, and we blind ship in your name so the box and the paperwork carry your brand rather than ours.
That sounds minor until you shop around. Most suppliers in this category will not unbrand at any price, because the free advertising sitting on your product is worth more to them than your launch is. Ask whoever you are quoting, and see what they say.
- Our mark removed on request, free and with no minimum
- Blind shipped in your name, ready to sell
- Blank templates and dielines so your artwork drops straight in
- Pantone matched to your brand colours
- No setup fees and no design fees
The range
What you can put your name on.
Minimums differ by product, which is the single biggest factor in what a new brand should launch with. They are listed plainly below rather than hidden behind a quote form.

Good to know
Starting a brand, answered
What are the minimums to launch a line?
They differ by product, and it is the main thing that should decide what you launch with. Paddles start at 10, paddle covers at 50, overgrips at 500 and printed balls at 1,000. Most new brands start with paddles, then add covers, then grips and balls once they know what sells.
Will my customers know you made it?
Only if you want them to. Our paddles carry a small Canvas mark on the grip ring and end cap as standard, and we take it off on request at no charge and with no minimum. We also blind ship in your name, so the box and the paperwork carry your brand rather than ours. Worth asking any supplier you are quoting, because plenty of them will not unbrand at all.
Can I get a sample before committing to a run?
Yes, and you should. A single custom paddle is $95 in fiberglass or $125 in carbon fiber, so you can hold your design on a real playing paddle before spending on production. Dealer accounts also get free blank samples. Nothing goes to production until you approve a proof.
How do I know you are legitimate?
Fair question, and one you should ask any supplier. We are a US company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, our team is stateside, and the number on our contact page is answered by a person on (954) 683-1290. You approve a proof before production, and you are buying from a US business rather than sending a deposit to a factory you have never spoken to.
Where is the gear actually manufactured?
Through a vetted network across nine countries including the USA, Italy, Germany, Japan, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, Vietnam and China, matched to whichever partner builds that product best. We are a US company managing that network, not a factory pretending to be a brand.
How long from first conversation to product in hand?
Roughly 4 to 6 weeks of production from approved proof, depending on the product and the build. Shipping is quoted separately. Samples are faster. Tell us your launch date at the first conversation and we will tell you honestly whether it fits rather than finding out later.
Can I combine products in one order?
Yes, and it is usually the smart way to launch. Each product is priced on its own quantity, so adding covers or grips to a paddle order does not push your paddle price into a worse bracket.

Tell us what you want to build.
Send your logo, or just the idea. We will tell you what it costs, what the minimum is, and how long it takes, before you commit to anything. Free mockup, no setup fee, no obligation.
