Core Materials

Polymer honeycomb, Foam, Aluminum—we guide you to the right performance.

Polymer Honeycomb Core

The most widely used core in modern pickleball paddles. Polymer honeycomb provides excellent touch, consistent response, and reliable durability, making it ideal for most competitive and recreational players.

Aluminum Core

Lightweight and highly responsive, aluminum cores offer enhanced control and quick reaction at the net. They are commonly used for players who prefer a crisp, precise feel.

Aramid Fiber / Nomex Core

Originally developed for aerospace and industrial applications, aramid and Nomex cores deliver a firm, powerful response with exceptional strength. These cores are often favored by aggressive players seeking maximum pop and durability.

Foam Cores (EVA, EPP, etc.)

Foam-based cores provide a softer feel, vibration dampening, and enhanced comfort. EVA and EPP foams are increasingly popular for all-court and power-focused designs, while newer foam technologies continue to expand performance possibilities.

Carbon Fiber Surfaces

Raw carbon fiber is the gold standard for competitive pickleball paddles. These surfaces provide exceptional spin potential, control, and responsiveness. T700 carbon offers higher tensile strength and durability, while T300 provides a slightly softer feel with excellent feedback.

Textured & Treaded Carbon Fiber

Textured and treaded carbon surfaces enhance ball grip for increased spin and shot precision. These finishes are engineered for long-lasting performance and compliance with tournament regulations.

Layered Carbon Constructions

We also offer multi-layer carbon builds that combine strength, vibration control, and optimized flex profiles for customized performance.

Titanium Carbon Weave

Titanium carbon weave integrates ultra-light titanium filaments into carbon fiber layers to enhance vibration dampening, stability, and comfort. This construction produces a smoother, more controlled feel with reduced shock and improved touch.

Titanium-infused faces are ideal for players who prioritize consistency, comfort, and feel over raw power.

Kevlar Weave

Wood Surfaces
