Shipping policy

Canvas Pickleball manufactures custom, made-to-order equipment. Because each order is produced specifically for you, shipping timelines work differently than they do for off-the-shelf retail. Please read this policy alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Production and lead times
Standard production time is 4 to 6 weeks. Your production clock begins when both of the following are complete:
- You have approved your final digital proof in writing; and
- Your payment, or required deposit, has cleared.
Delays in approving your proof, supplying artwork, or paying a deposit will delay your ship date by a corresponding amount. Lead times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and do not include transit time. Rush production may be available for an additional fee — ask your rep before you order if you have a firm in-hands date.
Shipping methods and cost
We ship via established carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS. Larger and bulk orders may ship by freight. Shipping charges are calculated by order size, weight and destination, and are quoted before you approve your order or added at checkout. Expedited shipping is available on request.
In-hands dates for events
If your order is tied to an event, tournament, wedding or launch, tell us the date before you place your order. We will confirm in writing whether the timeline is achievable and whether rush production or expedited shipping is required. We are not responsible for missed event dates where the date was not provided to us in advance and confirmed in writing.
Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier (FOB shipping point). Once in the carrier's possession, transit times and delivery are the carrier's responsibility. We are not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
We provide tracking information once your order ships. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at approval; reshipments due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer are billed to the customer.
Inspecting your delivery
Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report any visible damage, shortage or error in writing within 10 calendar days of delivery, with photographs, so we can file a carrier claim or arrange a remedy under our Refund Policy. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
International shipping
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing or shipping charges. Customs clearance can add time that is outside our control.
