Custom Pickleball Gift Boxes: What Goes In One and What It Costs
A rigid printed presentation box is $7.95 for one paddle or $9.25 for a set, minimum 500. What each box holds, what every piece inside costs, and three finished kits priced per gift.
A custom pickleball gift box is a rigid, magnetic-close presentation box with a foam cradle cut to the paddle, printed inside and out with your artwork. The box itself is $9.95 for one paddle or $11.95 for a complete set at the 300 minimum, falling to $6.75 and $7.95 at 2,500, and a finished kit lands between about $37 and $89 per gift depending on what goes in it.
The one sentence version: the box is the cheapest part of the gift and the part people remember, so price the kit as a whole: paddle, balls, overgrip, eraser, cover and box, each at its own quantity. The gift boxes page shows every surface and three kits priced per gift, and the quote form prices your own quantity the same day.
The two boxes
Both are rigid board with a magnetic close and a die-cut foam tray, so nothing rattles and nothing shifts in transit. Both print on the outside of the lid, the side wall and the inside of the lid. The difference is what the foam is cut to hold.
| Box | Holds | Price each, by quantity | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single Paddle Box | One paddle in the cradle, two overgrips beside the handle, and two printed paper pieces: a film over the foam and a card on top | $9.95 at 300, $8.95 at 400, $7.95 at 500, $7.25 at 1,000, $6.75 at 2,500 | 300 |
| Complete Set Box | Two paddles, two balls, an overgrip, a paddle eraser and a paddle cover, with a printed inner lid | $11.95 at 300, $10.50 at 400, $9.25 at 500, $8.50 at 1,000, $7.95 at 2,500 | 300 |
What goes in one, and what each piece costs
Every item below is sold on its own page at its own quantity bracket, which is what makes the kit price honest: a box of 500 gifts holds 1,000 paddles and 1,000 balls, and those quantities take the 1,000 bracket, not the 500 one. The prices here are the published ones at the quantities a 500-gift run actually produces.
| Piece | Quantity a 500-gift set box needs | Price each |
|---|---|---|
| Fiberglass paddle, your design on both faces | 1,000 | $26 |
| Elite carbon fiber paddle | 1,000 | $36 |
| Professional ball, your logo printed | 1,000 | $1.49, plus a one-time $30 plate |
| Overgrip, branded tape | 500 | $1.95 |
| Paddle eraser, your logo on the face | 500 | $2.50 |
| Paddle cover, printed | 500 | $6.50 |
| Complete Set Box | 500 | $9.25 |
Three kits, priced per gift
| Kit | What is in it | Per gift, at 500 |
|---|---|---|
| The Complete Set, fiberglass | Two fiberglass paddles, two professional balls, an overgrip, a paddle eraser, the Complete Set Box | $68.68 |
| The Complete Set, carbon fiber | Two Elite carbon fiber paddles, two professional balls, an overgrip, a paddle eraser, the Complete Set Box | $88.68 |
| The Single Paddle Box, fiberglass | One fiberglass paddle, two overgrips (1,000 take the $1.65 bracket), the Single Paddle Box with its two printed paper pieces | $37.25 |
Which one is right depends on who opens it. A set serves two people, which is why it is the one we recommend for a gift going to a household or a client and their partner. A single box is the right shape for a welcome kit, a speaker gift or a pro shop shelf, and it costs about half as much.
Choosing what goes in
On the box listing you tick what you would like packed in each box: paddles, a cover, balls, overgrips, an eraser, a printed note in your words. Each piece is ordered from its own page at its own quantity, and the whole order is packed before it ships. For a different combination, a different size or fewer than 300 boxes, the custom box button sends the details to our design team, who price it and prepare a mockup.
What is printed, and who designs it
If you are weighing a printed box against cheaper packaging, our packaging and unboxing guide walks the whole ladder from poly bag to rigid box, with what the law requires on the outside and what dimensional weight does to a shipping bill.
Timeline
Production is typically 3 to 4 weeks from written artwork approval. Transit is on top of that and depends on the method: 4 to 7 days by air express, 10 to 14 days by air freight, 20 to 30 days by sea. The clock starts at approval, not at payment, so approving the proof quickly is the cheapest rush there is. The shipping and lead times page has production by product and the working-backwards math for an event date.
Where to start
Order the boxes on the presentation box listing and the contents from their own pages, or send one message with your quantity and in-hand date through the quote form and we send the kit priced per gift, with a free mockup of the paddle and the box, the same day. Corporate buyers can see the whole programme on the corporate gifting page.
