How long it takes.
Two clocks, one after the other. Production starts when you approve your free proof, not when you order. Transit starts when the order leaves the line, and you choose the speed at checkout. The exact window for your order depends on the product and the quantity, and it is on your quote.

Typical windows from written artwork approval. Smaller runs are often quicker, and your quote carries the real date for your order.

Shipping is its own line at checkout, because you pick the method. Door to door figures below assume a 3 to 4 week build.

Working to a date
Tell us the in-hand date before you order. Rush production is judged case by case against the production schedule, some orders are built and shipped within the week, and we confirm whether your date is doable before you commit to anything.
Working back from an event
Nine or more weeks out, any shipping method works. Six to nine weeks, standard production with air express or air freight. Four to six weeks, approve artwork the week you order and say the date in your first message. Under four weeks, talk to us before assuming either way.
