Why Canvas is our pick for teams, companies and events
- You choose the build, not just the artwork. 16 cores, including thermoformed and full foam, with fiberglass, T300 or T700 carbon, patterned carbon, Kevlar or titanium faces, in 14mm or 16mm and four shapes. None of the others here publishes a thermoformed or full-foam custom build: see our guide to high-performance custom paddles and our construction guide.
- Hold one before you order fifty. One paddle with your design is $125 in fiberglass or $165 in carbon, and $55 or $72 each at 10. Every price for every quantity is on one page.
- Both faces, no setup fee. Your design edge to edge on both faces is in every price.
- See it before anything is made. A free mockup within 48 hours, and changes are free until you approve.
- The whole order from one place. Custom balls, covers, overgrips, bags and gift boxes arrive together.
We have delivered 12,450+ custom goods, including 1,000 paddles for Storia Flooring and paddle covers for Team Canada at the World Cup.
Where others are the better choice. Need paddles in days? Dink USA or Branded Pickleball. The lowest price on 10 printed paddles? Branded Pickleball. Approved for sanctioned tournaments? Salted City or Branded Pickleball say theirs are; ours are made for recreational and event play.
Ours are typically 3 to 4 weeks after you approve, about 4 to 5 weeks door to door by air express. Launching your own paddle brand? We can take your build through USA Pickleball approval.
Five questions to ask any company, including us
- What is the minimum for my exact build and colors, not the headline minimum?
- Is there a setup or design fee, and does the price cover both faces?
- Do I see a proof before anything is made, and what happens if the paddles do not match it?
- Is this paddle on the USA Pickleball approved list, if my players will use it in sanctioned tournaments?
- Is the price before shipping, and how long is it door to door to my address?
Our sourcing guide turns these into a full checklist that works on any supplier.
Common questions
Who makes the best custom pickleball paddles?
For teams, companies and events, our pick is Canvas, for the range of builds, ordering one paddle first, and published prices. For the lowest price on 10 printed paddles, Branded Pickleball. For speed, Dink USA. For a tournament-approved custom paddle with no minimum, Salted City.
How much do custom pickleball paddles cost?
From these companies' published prices, a single standard custom paddle runs from about $49 to $165, and performance builds cost more. At 10 paddles, prices run from $23.99 to $95 each. At 100 or more, they run from about $21 to $50 each. Setup fees run from none to $50 per design.
Can I order just one custom paddle?
Yes. Canvas, Salted City, APL, Pakle and Dink USA all take orders for one paddle. Branded Pickleball and Tangerine start at 10, The Dink at 25, and Diadem and Franklin at 50.
Are custom pickleball paddles tournament legal?
Only if that paddle model is on the approved list for the tournament. Salted City and Branded Pickleball say their custom paddles are USA Pickleball approved. Franklin and Pakle say theirs are not, and ours are made for recreational and event play. Most gift and event paddles never need approval.
How long do custom pickleball paddles take?
From the same day (Dink USA) to 40 to 60 days (Franklin). Ours are typically 3 to 4 weeks after you approve the proof, about 4 to 5 weeks door to door by air express. Our lead times guide shows how to work back from an event date.
