How Much Do Custom Pickleball Paddles Cost? A 2026 Bulk Pricing Guide

Let's skip the runaround. You want a number, not a "request a quote" black hole that emails you three days later. So here it is: our standard custom pickleball paddles run from $20 to $72 per paddle at 10 or more. Where you land comes down to two things, how many you order and which build you choose. That is the whole story. Everything below is just the useful detail.

The short answer

Order more, pay less per paddle. Choose a higher-end core and surface, pay a little more. A wood paddle at 500 units is $20 each. A carbon paddle at 10 units is $72 each. Most real orders settle comfortably in the middle. Performance builds, with thermoformed or foam cores and T700, Kevlar or titanium faces, cost more, and every price is on our pricing page.

How volume pricing actually works

Custom manufacturing rewards quantity because the expensive part, prepping your artwork and setting up the line, happens once no matter how many paddles come off it. Here is roughly what you pay per paddle across our three builds:

• 10 paddles: Wood about $40, Fiberglass about $55, Carbon about $72
• 25 paddles: Wood about $31, Fiberglass about $44, Carbon about $58
• 50 paddles: Wood about $26, Fiberglass about $36, Carbon about $48
• 100 paddles: Wood about $23, Fiberglass about $31, Carbon about $42
• 250 paddles: Wood about $21, Fiberglass about $28, Carbon about $38
• 500 paddles: Wood about $20, Fiberglass about $26, Carbon about $36

Volume pricing starts at 10 paddles. You can also order one paddle with your design first: $125 in fiberglass or $165 in carbon, and from 3 paddles it is $95 or $125 each. Need more than 500, or a number in between? The paddle builder prices any quantity exactly.

What moves the price

• Construction. Wood is the budget pick. Fiberglass is the popular all-rounder and generally plays livelier than carbon. Carbon costs a little more. We break this down in our guide to choosing a paddle build.
• Quantity. The single biggest lever. Going from 25 to 100 paddles can cut your per-unit price by roughly a third.
• Extras. Printing your logo on the edge guard adds $1.40 a paddle. A custom grip ring or branded end cap needs 100 paddles or more and carries a one-time tooling fee for that part, quoted with your order.

What is not an extra cost

This is where a lot of "cheap" quotes quietly get you. Canvas does not charge a design fee, and your mockup is free. You see a real digital proof and approve it before we make anything. No art fees, no setup surprise, no "that will be $49 to look at a proof." Some brands bake those into the total and hope you do not notice. We do not.

How to get the most paddle for your money

• Pick fiberglass unless you have a reason not to. It is the best balance of price and play for most teams, brands, and gifts.
• Add balls, covers, and grips to the same order so everything ships together.

When they show up
