Custom Pickleball Balls
Custom pickleballs printed with your logo, in two grades. Choose the ball, the color and the quantity below. The minimum is 100 balls.
Professional: 48 hole injection moulded, 74mm, 26g, 1.92mm wall. Our play-grade ball, in yellow or green.
Recreational: 40 hole injection moulded, 74mm, 26g, 1.92mm wall. For everyday play, events and giveaways, in six colors.
A one time logo plate fee of $30 per design applies to every custom printed order. It covers a single colour logo. Printing your logo in more than one colour costs more, and we will quote it with your order. The plate is kept on file, so a repeat order of the same design does not pay the fee again.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, and it's low. Each product's minimum is the smallest number in the quantity options above. Need a different amount? Use "Request a quote" and we'll help.
Will I see my design before it's made?
Always. You'll approve a free digital proof before we print anything. Upload whatever artwork you have, or let our team design it for you at no cost.
How long does it take?
Standard production is typically 3 to 4 weeks after you approve your proof, plus shipping. Working toward an event date? Tell us up front and ask about rush options.
How much is shipping?
It's calculated at checkout from the size of your order. You choose the speed: air express is 4 to 7 days, air freight 10 to 14 days, and sea freight 20 to 30 days at the lowest cost. Production comes first, so add that transit time on top of the production window when you are planning to a date.
What if my logo isn't print-ready?
No problem. Send whatever you have and our team cleans it up, makes it print-ready, and shows you a free proof to approve.
